Our customer needed a Linde HMV 210 hydraulic motor to replace an existing hydraulic motor. This custom order required a BSF adaptor plate and shaft extension.

Goal: Design a BSF adaptor plate & shaft extension to connect a Linde HMV 210 hydraulic motor, to a Bonfiglioli 700 wheel drive gearbox, for a track crawler.

Factors: The Bonfiglioli gearbox input was originally designed for another type of hydraulic motor. Our customer wanted to use a Linde HMV 210 hydraulic motor instead.

How we did it: We removed the existing Bonfiglioli adaptor plate & designed a new adaptor plate & shaft extension to mount the Linde hydraulic motor. This reduced the overall weight & created a more compact unit for space savings.
