BSF does guarantee mating of all housings that we have designed; however, because there is an endless amount of unknown variables for every application, you will need to review the design and make sure it will work with your entire power unit assembly. For example, BSF has standard vertical mounting dimensions (O.D. & Bolt Circles) for mounting to a top of a reservoir based on motor frame sizes; but, customers are requested to verify that their specific motor face O.D. & thickness and body size & shape will not cause interference with the BSF Adaptor's outer bolt circle. On vertical mount applications where the BSF adaptor sits above the reservoir, customers are requested to check the tank top opening size and clearances for the pump plumbing inside the reservoir. Weight is another area where customers are responsible for determining adequate design. BSF recommends additional supports under your components whenever there is a concern regarding the length or weight of your application. As always, BSF will work in conjunction with your engineers to come up with the best possible design for your application.
