TechSolve

The Management Team at BSF, Inc. is proud to announce the completion of a 6 month long program they were involved in called Pathways for Continuous Improvement.  This course was taught by TechSolve, Inc. and focused on operational changes and improvements that have the greatest impact on performance and customer satisfaction. The program consisted of 6 monthly sessions with lots of "pre-work" and "homework" in between. The management team at BSF feels it was very beneficial in helping them make strategic decisions and has focused them in the right direction for future growth while maintaining the most important thing, customer satisfaction.
